Circolo Didattico San Giovani Bosco, Sicilia (ITALIA)

Biancavilla is a small town with an old cultural history, it is located at the foot of the volcano Etna and 35 km from Catania, the second biggest city of Sicily: Its inhabitans, together with people from different countries, are employed in agriculture, Biancavilla’s most developed sector, but also in small local factories and businesses. Biancavilla has a sports field where young people can train in different sports: athletics, football, tennis. The football team takes part in Sicilian championships with good results.
Our school school staff count more 50 teachers and two different building; one with an old cultural history and one is modern   with a big garden. In our school there are 304 pupils in kindergarden and 571 in Primary school, including students with disabilities, learning difficulties, familiars problem and immigrants pupils too, but not many, they are well-integrated in our school system. We have IT and science laboratories, where the students are able to have a direct and responsible experience with computers and science experiments.
We have teacher specialist in science, art, music, ITC, phisical educatin, basket and tennis.
We have also a choir with more 100 students, he take part in local festivities and competition, and cultural event.
Our school for decades was coordinator in Comenius project and our community gave us his contribution and cllaboration. 
eTwinning have stimulated students curiosity and attention, have encouraged disables pupils to partecipate in the activities of the projects, to use new technologies, learn and improve english language, to know different culture and traditions and start a friendship; teachers have exchanged information in order to learn and apply new teahing strategies and methodologies, to improve english language and competence in TIC. 
Actually we have a project in eTwinning live called “FROM TRASH TO TREASURE”. Students are happy to create new things from trash, change work and message with children from different States. 

Ecole la Sardagne, Cruses (FRANCIA)

The school is located in a small town where each pupils lives near by the school. At the moment our school struggles with emigrants from Turkey and North Africa. The biggest problem is mothers of the children don't speak French at home and the school task is to organise the social life for them.
The number of students is around 250 and the teaching staff is 15, 5 at preschool, 9 at primary and 1 special needs.
We have 2 playgrounds and a gymnasium near the school.
We live in a area, where sport is very important, it's part of our life, because of the closeness of mountains ( Mont Blanc, the Alps).
Near the school we have a swimming pool, a stadium, a bicycle path, an ice rink in winter and a lake.

Szkola Podstawowa nr 30, Wroclaw, Polonia

We're a small  primary school, situated in the centre of Wrocław that has 300 students and 27 teachers.  In spite of coming from different social environments sometimes even the pathological ones, the students are eager to do projects, accomplish new tasks as well as curious to get to know other countries and cultures. Nowadays, parents living a hectic lifestyle, often leave our students on their own, therefore  forcing them to grow up quicker. Nonetheless, we perceive that these children who come to our school, lack social maturity in comparison to past years. What is more, there is a significant rise in euro-orphants and in those raised by a single-parent. Migrations driven by economic purposes very often cause basic family functions to break down: the adaptation to new surroundings and social interaction might be arduous and difficult especially without  emotional support for children nor cultural background.
Despite the social and economic differences we stimulate children's creative thinking. We encourage their interest in knowledge. We work with every child so that each one of them receive our attention and therefore feel appreciated. We teach children to live together. Our participation in the Comenius and Erasmus + projects is important for all of those who are engaged in the school's environment. The activities planned for the projects fit successfully in our curriculum. They make learning "fun" and provide equal opportunities for everyone to participate in them. All students develop key abilities which will help them for their personal growth as individuals. The partners' involvement from different European countries in our international cooperation gives the children the opportunity to meet with European linguistic diversity. We incite in the children the desire to learn foreign languages. Children discover other European countries, their cultures and traditions. Teachers have the opportunity to share their experiences and good pedagogical practices and also to use ICT throughout their work. Parents are also involved in these activities. Some of them actively participate in the school's life.

Mehmet Seniye Özbey Ilkokulu

Our school is in Bostanlı  neighbourhood in Karşıyaka, İzmir-one of the most devoleped province in Turkey. There are 11 classrooms ,2 pre-school  (kindergarden) classes , a meeting hall, 3 offices for directors, 2 counselors  1 offices, a teachers room, an archive and a support room for disabled student  in our school. Our school has a very big play ground with a basketball - volleyball and  a football pitches. Our garden is very suitable for the  sports activities. We have got  3  directors 27 teachers and 710 students. 12  of these students are disabled in verious aspects. We have some special precotions  and places for  disabled students. We use  "Personal Education Programme" for those students and we try to maintain their education  together with  other students . Our counselors have been watching their progress. We have been working in belief of following the new techenologies about education and giving opportunity to be self-confident and resourceful person to our students. We are of the aim of getting students   healthy, harmonious, having a good nutrition, liking activities,  desiring sports activities and enthisuastic to learn.
